i've not been practicing. im losing the point of it. pictures. i want to have fun with pictures again. with drawing, photography, paintings.
january went by quick. im bout to have a japan-feb and i think that was why january just flew by fast. my mental was in the next month already. i wish i didn't.

don't be dumb. i've had a hard time placing this album, i flip back and forth from quite not liking it to really liking it. i think my immediate resistant on it was that in my bubble, both physical and digital, everyone seems to be really into the album and i kinda was sideeyeing the praise. it felt like i had to like it. and ultimately i think that's how i felt about asap rocky throughout he's career, it felt like i had to agree that he's this fashion icon, this tastemaker, boundary pusher, omg he's rihanna's husband, and this long awaited album is... well, awaited. and i always enjoyed some songs here and there but i've always had this pushed back with him but now i think he's finally clicked for me. in that he's just alright. and that's alright. like this album, which i now enjoy listening to because i don't expect it to be this masterpiece of an album. three stars.
fav tracks. punk rocky, robbery, don't be dumb/trip baby, the end.
the substance. kinda late to the party but finally got a chance to see this amazing, all five senses sensory overload movie. love how it weave through the extreme clinical clean to gross, the hot sexy to cringe eroticism, the slow calm to erratic scenes. binds it all together for an amazing ending. five stars.

begone the tree and the other christmas decors. took em down yesterday.
played tennis in the two p m midday darwin heat. the humidity was killer but still was plenty fun.
binged stranger thingsβ’[first time in a while binging a show]. really enjoyed the finale, honestly. casting has been carrying this show since day one and i am of the opinion that it shouldve ended with the original one off single season, but the cast is so s-tier that even when the other instalments have been really bad, i still watched them. pretty forgettable seasons, but i choose to remember the moments that i liked. this finale though, pretty solid. it breaks down pretty quickly once you examine it with any logical prodding. nonetheless, it had a lot of heart. and i think it was able to recreate some of the charm that the first season had and was able to have a satisfying conclusion to a quite a lightning-in-a-bottle show. four stars.

happy new year everyone, im gonna have a chill day today. woke up at eleven forty this morning.
im done with new years resolutions, although i have concrete things that i want for this year. which are:

in more of a housekeeping side of things, need to take all this christmas decor soon. the norm is they would still stand till end of january which ive heard to be unacceptable.
also i really need to fix this speakers, been getting in the way of listening to my vinyl. ive already identified the issue like six months ago[dead capacitors]. just couldnt be bothered ordering the parts.
